Durable GRC Perforation Sheets for Ceilings

The Lay-in False Ceiling System features 595mm x 595mm steel or aluminum tiles. Steel tiles are 0.50mm thick with 120/180gsm zinc coating and a 20-micron polyester finish. Aluminum tiles, 0.7mm thick, are powder-coated with 50-micron polyester paint in AA5050, AA3105, or AA1050 alloys. Tiles have square or beveled edges. The metal grid includes Main Runners and Cross Tees of galvanized steel with 120/180gsm zinc coating, bayonet coupling, and heights of 33/38mm and 25mm. The grid is suspended with G.I. wire rods and fixed using expansion fasteners.
