The Lay-in false ceiling system features 595 mm x 595 mm steel or aluminum tiles. Steel tiles are 0.50 mm thick with a 120/180 g/m² zinc coating and a 20-micron polyester finish. Aluminum tiles (0.7 mm) have a 50-micron polyester powder coat in AA5050, AA3105, or AA1050 alloys. The grid system includes galvanized steel main runners and cross tees (33/38 mm and 25 mm high) with bayonet couplings. It is suspended using G.I. wire rods and secured with expansion fasteners. A 24 mm x 24 mm x 0.4 mm steel wall angle matches the tile color.
